This Privacy Policy explains how Printzy ("Printzy," "we," "us") handles personal information when you use printzy.org, related Printzy apps or kiosk flows, or contact us.

When you submit a form or email us, we may collect:

Printing at a kiosk

To complete a print job you typically upload a document from your phone, pay online, and enter a pickup code. Depending on the flow, we may process:

Document files for the duration of the print job
Payment confirmation details from our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers)
Pickup codes and job status needed to release your print

Print files are processed to fulfil your request. We design the product so documents are not kept after the job completes; residual logs, if any, are limited to operations and security.

Franchise and business enquiries

If you enquire about a franchise or location, we collect the details you provide so we can respond and evaluate fit. We do not sell this information.
