These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Printzy websites, apps, kiosks, and related services ("Printzy," "we," "us"). By using Printzy, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Printzy provides self-service QR-based printing at physical kiosks and related digital experiences. Some locations are operated by independent franchisees under the Printzy brand.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use paid Printzy services. If you use Printzy on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. Website use

You may browse printzy.org for information about Printzy. You agree not to misuse the site (for example, attempting to disrupt service, scrape in a harmful way, or introduce malware). Content on the site is for general information and may change without notice.

4. Printing services

You are responsible for the documents you upload and for confirming page count, settings, and pricing before payment.
Prints are released using a pickup code or equivalent flow shown on your device. Keep your code private until you collect your pages.
Availability of a kiosk, paper, toner, or network connectivity can vary by location. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service at every site.
You must not upload unlawful content or materials you do not have rights to print.

5. Pricing and payment

Per-page or job pricing is shown in the print flow before you pay. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Prices may differ by location or offer. Taxes, if applicable, will be indicated where required.

6. Refunds and cancellations

7. Franchise and institutional arrangements

Franchise and location arrangements are governed by separate written agreements. Marketing pages describe the model generally and do not create a franchise or partnership by themselves. Enquiries are not acceptances.

8. Intellectual property

Printzy names, logos, software, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them except as needed to use the service or with our written permission. You retain rights to documents you upload; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to complete your print job.

10. Disclaimers

Printzy is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Printed output quality can vary with file format, original quality, and machine condition.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Printzy and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for a print job is limited to the amount you paid for that job, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence where such limits are prohibited).

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Printzy against claims arising from your misuse of the service, unlawful uploads, or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer protections that apply to you.
